We do not presume to replace the family's role in laying a faithful, biblical foundation for their child, rather we are here to stand side-by-side with families, providing the educational opportunities they seek in a God-fearing environment. Employees at Red Lion pass a series of rigorous background checks before being offered employment. This includes review of pastoral references, a written statement of spiritual experience and walk, and the typical criminal background checks expected of any worker who comes in contact with children on a daily basis in addition to review of all academic credentials and transcripts.
