Worship First

The primary place where we gather as a community and collectively worship and begin our day is chapel.  The purpose of chapel at RLCA is to proclaim the word of God, to pray and to worship the Lord together.  As God's word is spoken, sung, and taught, we trust that the Holy Spirit will bring those who are lost to come to know Jesus personally; for those who are saved, He will "teach, rebuke, correct, and train in righteousness, so that we will be equipped for every good work" (II Timothy 3:16-17).  Chapel is also be an opportunity for students to lead and serve, and to see examples of others serving the Lord in ministries and missions.

The upper school students meet together every morning to worship God by opening his word and praising him in song led by our student worship team.  Elementary and preschool students have their own weekly chapel services.  They worship and learn how to apply God's word in their lives.
