Who We Are
GCA’s main desire is to instill in our students a deep love for Jesus and His Word which equips them to “make disciples” in response to the Great Commission (Matthew 26:19). We strive to honor God not only in our spiritual lives, but also through a commitment to academic excellence.
Our unique program consists of two separate but complementary components: à la carte classes and a diploma program. GCA has grown from a small group of church families to a student body of around 250 students enrolled in 60 classes taught by more than 30 teachers. |
What We Offer

À La Carte Classes:
GCA offers weekly core-subject and extra-curricular classes for PreK-12th grade. Thursday classes meet at Ogletown Baptist Church in Newark, while the drama class meets on Tuesdays. All students enrolled in our classes may also participate in the other activities we offer, including mercy ministry projects, social activities, high school prom, a yearbook, student council, honor society, spirit days, parent-led field trips, an annual family assembly, graduation, and much more! |

RLCA at Glasgow (Diploma Program):
RLCA at Glasgow, GCA’s diploma program, is available to students from 6th – 12th grades and their siblings. It provides encouragement and accountability through portfolio reviews with experienced homeschooling educators, report cards, transcripts, and a diploma upon graduation. Students in this program must be enrolled in at least two classes: a graded GCA Bible course and one other weekly graded GCA core course. Through our partnership with Red Lion Christian Academy, students who are enrolled in the program are eligible to play on any Red Lion sports team (subject to tryouts). |
